Sweet potato wedges

The wedges have a gluten-free coating, making them extra crispy. They make a great snack served with a spicy dip, and go great with roast meats and BBQ dishes.

*Due to the current situation, sunflower oil may be replaced by a mix of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil.

Ingredients

Sweet potato 91%, sunflower oil, rice and maize flour, modified potato starch, potato dextrin, salt, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates, stabiliser: xanthan gum, colours: paprika extracts, curcumin.

Cook From Frozen

Oven

Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven.

Airfryer

Fry the product in a preheated airfryer at 180°C. Shake the product halfway through the cooking time.
