Butternut, tomato and harissa
Ingredients
- 1 kg Ardo Butternut
- 100 g Ardo Onion cubes
- 10 g Ardo Parsley
- 500 g Tomato cubes
- 10 g Ardo Garlic cubes
- 50 ml olive oil
- 200 ml vegetable bouillon
- harissa
- salt and pepper
Allergens
Preparation
- Add the onion cubes and garlic to the olive oil.
- Add the tomato cubes and bouillon and simmer gently.
- Season with salt, pepper and harissa.
- Add the butternut and simmer until you get a nice finish.
- Finish off with parsley.
