Mango dessert with vanilla

Ingredients

  • 500g Ardo Mango
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 50ml Agave Syrup
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 Star anise
  • Deleye, chocolate or vanilla yoghurt elements

Allergens

Preparation

  1. Put the mango in a saute pan with all the aromatics.
  2. Allow to simmer for a while so that all the flavours are released.
  3. Cool down again and serve cold with the defrosted Elements.
