Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1.5 kg Ardo Duo of carrots - Chef's cut
- 200 g Ardo diced onions
- 20 g Ardo Provence herb mix
- 20 g Ardo parsley
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 2 dl vegetable broth
- Pepper and salt

Preparation
- Sauté the onion cubes in butter, add the Provençal herb mix and the vegetable broth.
- Mix these aromatics with the carrots.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Cook the carrots in the steamer at 140°C (284°F) for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix after cooking and finish with parsley.
