Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 people:
- 1.5kg Ardo Bulgur
- 1kg Ardo Country grill
- 200g Ardo Oven dried tomatoes
- 250g Ardo Herb mix alla Napoletana
- 500g mozzarella
- 2dl good olive oil
- Balsamic syrup
- Pepper and salt
- 1 lemon

Preparation
- Steam the bulgur briefly in the steamer and cool back.
- Season the country grill with salt and pepper and olive oil and bake in the oven 180°C 6-10min.
- Thaw the oven-dried tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Mix the herb mix alla Napoletana with the rest of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate the mozzarella in the herb oil.
- Mix the bulgur with the cooled country grill, and top with the herb oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon onto plate or into a bowl, decorate with the mozzarella and oven-dried tomatoes.
- Finish with the balsamic vinegar and zest of lemon.
