Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1.5 kg Asian style mix
- 250 g Asian-style herb mix
- 500 g rice noodles
- 2 dl vegetable broth
- 1 dl peanut oil
- Soy sauce
- Mirin
- Lime
- Sesame oil
- Cornstarch
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
- Briefly steam the Asian mix.
- Cook the rice noodles until tender.
- Sauté the Asian-style seasoning mix in peanut oil over high heat.
- Add the Asian mix and noodles, moisten with the vegetable broth, and season with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and lime.
- Thicken the sauce with a bit of cornstarch.
- Finish with some toasted sesame seeds.
